SUMMARY:The 7th Annual Los Angeles 3-D Movie Festival
DESCRIPTION:The Los Angeles 3-D Club (SCSC) Movie Division is now acce
 pting entries to the 7th Annual LA 3-D Movie Festival. The Festival's 
 mission is to showcase the best of independent stereoscopic 3-D filmma
 king from around the world. The festival will take place on May 15th, 
 2010, at the Downtown Independent Theater in Los Angeles. A jury of ce
 lebrity and film industry judges will award prizes to the top entries.
  In addition, an award will be given for the audience favorite, and a 
 special award will be presented to the best \"horror\" themed 3-D movi
 e under 10 minutes.\n\n\nEntries will be accepted in three categories:
 \n\nShorts under 10 minutes (including \"horror\" entries)\nShorts 10-
 40 minutes\nFeatures over 40 minutes\n\n\nSubmission deadlines and ent
 ry fees are as follows:\n\n$25 Early Deadline: April 1st, 2010\n$30 Re
 gular Deadline: April 15th, 2010\n$40 Late Deadline: April 30th, 2010\

 s:\nThe LA 3-D Club (Stereo Club of Southern California) was establish
 ed in the Greater Los Angeles area in 1955 by a dedicated group of ama
 teur 3D stereo photographers to further the art and science of stereos
 copic photography. For more than five decades members have been meetin
 g monthly to share images created through classic slide photography, n
 on-standard photographic stereo imaging and, in more recent years, com
 puter generated stereo imaging. The Movie Division was founded in 1982
  by Dr. John Hart, to facilitate the production and exhibition of inde
