 t would make a great Surrealist work of art. Dali disagreed. He said \

 a phone in a jar of honey, now that would be truly Surreal. We agree a
 nd are looking for that phone.\n\nThis is our 20th anniversary…our 9
 th festival and we have moved to Downtown LA…We couldn't think of a 
 more Surreal location.\n\nThe GRAND PRIZE is a vintage 16mm BOLEX MOVI
 E CAMERA. Categories and other prizes will be decided by the judges af
