 o-hosts David Branin and Karen Worden will feature the premiere screen
 ing event for Shooting April, written and directed by Tod Lancaster. S
 hooting April is a raw, disturbing depiction of three young guys from 
 the YouTube Generation. To this brave new generation - and for Truman,
  Weasel and Doug in particular - the video camera is king. From argume
 nts to pranks to death-defying stunts, they record it all. Even the se
 xual conquests of the group's alpha male, Truman, become little more t
 han fodder for the video camera. Then Truman's sexual advances are reb
 uffed by a girl he had considered easy prey: a shy teenager named Apri
 l, who genuinely likes Truman but isn't ready to take it to the next l
 evel. Truman strong-arms the others into accepting a wager: either he 
 convinces April to have sex with him or he owes them each a hundred bu
 cks. With his reputation on the line, Truman has no intention whatsoev
 er of taking \"no\" for an answer.\n\n\n\nThe Film Courage Interactive
  is a three-part event featuring 1) Two short films with Directors’ 
 Q & A; 2) A feature film screening of Shooting April with Director’s
  Q&A; and 3) An in-depth discussion among fellow artists on upcoming p
 rojects, the current state of independent film, and epiphanies about t
 he business (similar to a filmmaker support group).\n\n\nThe goal of t
 he Film Courage Interactive is to build an appetite for independent fi
 lm, bringing artists together in a collaborative setting while experie
